Thank you for your interest in the Utah State University (USU) Dietetic Internship!
In 29 weeks we can help you achieve your goal of becoming a Registered Dietitian! This program is uniquely flexible, allowing you to choose a location where you need or want to train at a time convenient for you (June, August, or January semesters). Interns have the ability to complete all or part of their rotations in a distance format. Our program emphasis is child nutrition programs and school lunch food service systems management and will prepare you for a career ladder in community nutrition, foodservice management, or clinical dietetics.
